Costa Blanca
	The Costa Blanca’s 168 miles of coast stretch from Alicante to Torrevieja in eastern Spain. Its towns and 46 blue flag beaches enjoy an average yearly temperature of 20˚C and 315 days of sunshine. This region is home to 23 golf courses.
Costa Almeria
	This coast, located in the south east of Spain, is characterised by it’s arid interior reminiscent of America’s wild west! Almeria is the hottest region in Spain, it’s average temperature during the hottest month in July is 26˚C whilst it’s coldest in January is a mild 13˚C. This coast is paradise for leisure related activities, it is home to 8 good quality golf courses.
Costa del Sol

Costa de la Luz
	Found on the south western coast of the Iberian Peninsula, it’s climate is that of a warm southern region very much influenced by the Atlantic Ocean. 124 miles of coastline with around 300 days of sunshine per year and 23 golf courses to enjoy whilst remaining relatively undiscovered by british buyers. Prices here are below the national average with average yearly rises of 15% since 1997.
